Fact sheet

Linefall: Draw & Catch is a one finger arcade game for iPhone. You draw a line anywhere on the screen and it becomes real physics: falling balls bounce off your ink, roll along it, and drop into baskets scrolling up the sides. The ink fades after about two seconds, so play is continuous improvising rather than building one funnel and leaving it there. Any basket scores, and matching the ball's color builds a combo that multiplies everything.

A daily challenge gives every player in the world the same board. It is derived from the date on the device with no server involved, and comes with three attempts and a Game Center leaderboard. Arcade mode is endless, with spinners, portals, eraser balls and stage mutators such as crosswind and low gravity arriving as you play.

Three angles, if they are useful

The level is whatever you draw

There is no joystick and there are no buttons in the playfield. One finger draws a line, the line is a physics body, and it fades in about two seconds. Every save is improvised, and skilled players invent funnels, ramps and bank shots that were never designed.

The same board, worldwide, with no server

The daily challenge is generated from the date on each device, so every player computes an identical board without anything being downloaded. There is no backend to go down, and no account to create.

Family safe by construction

Rated 4+ with no account, no tracking and no ATT prompt. Advertising is limited to rewarded videos the player chooses to watch, requested with child directed treatment for everyone, so no advertising identifier is involved.

Recording and reuse

You may record, stream and monetize Linefall gameplay on any platform. You may use anything on this page in articles, videos and thumbnails. No permission request is needed, there is no revenue share, and no content claim will ever be filed against your video.

The music and sound effects are generated by the game itself, so nothing in the audio is licensed from a third party and nothing in it will trigger a copyright match.

The one ask: link the App Store page or linefall.app somewhere your audience can find it.

Contact

Write to info@linefall.app. Review codes are not needed since the game is free, but if you want a specific board to record, a build with a fixed seed, or footage cut to a length, ask and it can usually be sent the same day.
